1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform. Indonesian law and our licensing conditions prohibit gaming by persons under 21. Any attempt by a person under 21 to register will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit you to use the Platform. rislot does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your decision to participate if such participation is restricted in your country or region.
4. Single account: You may hold only one registered Account. Holding multiple accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially after closure — is prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a rislot employee: Employees, officers, directors, consultants, and immediate family members of rislot and its service providers are prohibited from holding a Member account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form by providing a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth, your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your preferred bank or e-wallet details for transactions. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rislot will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Accuracy

rislot reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Members who provide inaccurate details forfeit all balances held in the affected Account and will not be entitled to any refund of deposits.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Active bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4 KYC & Verification

rislot is obligated to verify the identity of every Member prior to processing first withdrawals, and at any subsequent point determined necessary by our Compliance team. The verification process ("KYC") typically requires:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other recognized document showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, if requested.

Documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format (JPG, PNG, or PDF). rislot aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 1 to 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is fully approved. rislot reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear or insufficient.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods

rislot accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit ceiling, though individual banks may apply their own daily transfer limits. Deposits submitted during banking hours (generally Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited within five minutes. Off-hours deposits may take until the next business day to appear in your Account balance.

5.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah. rislot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and any amounts received in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the sender, subject to any applicable bank processing fees which are the sender's responsibility.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. rislot strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, friends, or business associates. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the sender and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Funds derived from active bonuses remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000, and the daily cumulative withdrawal ceiling is Rp 200.000.000 for standard Members. VIP Members may be eligible for elevated limits at rislot's discretion.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted on business days between 09:00 and 16:00 WIB are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Requests received outside these hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally faster, completing within 5 to 30 minutes once approved.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. rislot reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size, frequency, or destination. All withdrawal fees charged by rislot are zero; however, individual banks may impose their own inter-bank transfer fees for which rislot accepts no liability.

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

rislot reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances we will notify the Member and initiate an internal review within five business days. Withheld funds will be released or forfeited in accordance with the outcome of that review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by rislot are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus of Rp 1.000.000 requires total bets of Rp 30.000.000 to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets at varying rates specified in the promotion detail.

7.3 Bonus Validity

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirement and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited automatically upon expiry without further notice. Members are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates in their Account dashboard.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

rislot employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Practices that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk staking strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements; colluding with other Members to claim referral bonuses fraudulently; or exploiting any technical error that generates unintended bonus credits. Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.5 Promotional Modifications

rislot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time the change takes effect. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the email address registered to their Account.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Fair Play & RNG Certification

All casino games available on the rislot Platform — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. rislot does not manipulate game outcomes, and published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate representations of long-run theoretical averages.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including coverage of BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, are governed by the individual sport rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary circumstances, settlement rules follow those published at the time of bet placement. rislot reserves the right to void markets affected by verifiable integrity concerns.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game session interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, rislot reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable technical error are not payable and will be removed from the Account balance.

8.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. rislot reserves the right to impose individual Account betting limits where unusual or potentially fraudulent wagering patterns are detected, without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting mechanism to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage, or coordinated betting designed to exploit Platform margins.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain without reporting them to rislot immediately.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account, intercepting communications, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform's software.
• Providing false identification documents during KYC or any other verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rislot staff or other Members via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of rislot or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rislot's prior written consent.

Game content from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to rislot for display on the Platform. Any unauthorized reproduction of third-party game content may constitute an independent infringement of those studios' rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rislot shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or failures caused by Force Majeure events beyond rislot's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers, including delays or failures in transaction processing.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rislot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

rislot collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key data handling principles include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
• Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, and in some circumstances deletion of, your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
• Data retention periods are determined by legal requirements and operational necessity, after which data is securely destroyed.

13 Responsible Gaming

rislot is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. In accordance with our licensing obligations and our own ethical standards, we provide the following tools and policies:

• Age Restriction: Access to all real-money gaming features is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and over. Age is verified at registration and confirmed through KYC documentation.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

14 Amendments

rislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect, unless changes are required immediately by law or licensing authority instruction.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support before the effective date. Your deposit balance, net of any pending bonus conditions, will be returned upon closure.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates when the most recent revision was made. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rislot holds its primary gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitration tribunal determines otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
